Elvis: "A Day in the Life"                                                                                                                      September 1, 1969, (Monday)

Elvis was back in Los Angeles, and had no movie to make and no recording session to attend for the first time in nearly ten years. In fact he had nothing on his agenda until January 1970 when he returned to Las Vegas for his second engagement. Over the next few months Elvis did very little, apart from travelling between his various homes, and his favourite holiday spots.
