HOLLYWOOD HOME - 525 Perugia Way, Bel Air, Los Angeles, California.

After numerous incidents and disruptions at the Beverly Wilshire, Elvis and the hotel management agreed to part ways. He signed a six month lease on a new home at 525 Perugia Way in Bel Air. The house was owned by Ali Kahn who charged hi $1,400 a month.

20th Century Fox wrote to Elvis regarding the agreement both parties made back in October 1958. Under those terms Elvis was to complete two movies for Fox. "Flaming Star" was currently being made and he was asked to report to the studio on November 15 to commence work on the second one titled; "Wild in the Country."
